Local Leagues' Activity Summary
Strategic Year 2006 – 2007
This report has been compiled as a summary of the activities delivered by Local Leagues during the 12 months April 2006 to March 2007.
An account of all the elements delivered by various coaches including a description of all events, tournaments and sessions delivered within the organisation, is provided in the report.
Local Leagues’ staffing structure currently comprises of:
- 6 Board members
(of which 3 are Operational Directors & 1 is the Project Director);
- 1 Administrative Officer;
- 1 Contracts Manager;
- 1 Healthy Living Worker (seconded);
- 1 Personal Advisor (seconded);
- 1 Careers Advisor
- 2 Sports Development Officer;
- 1 Volunteer Activities Co-ordinator;
- 1 Sports Hall Co-ordinator;
- 4 Senior Sports Coaches;
- 8 Sports Coaches (of which 3 are part time);
- 43 Volunteers from the 3 local Universities.
Activities have taken place throughout the various wards of Birmingham that Local Leagues receives funding for, and to follow is a breakdown of the beneficiaries that have benefited from Local Leagues activities. Most of the activities are lead by Senior Coaches who have compiled their own individual reports that make up part of this final report.
