Aerobics

Seconded from Youth Services, Narinder Heer provided activities for women and young people and even men to promote healthy lifestyles and exercise.
Working in Partnership with BCC, Local Schools and Sparkbrook Women Together (SWT), with childcare for SWT being provided by Ashiana Community Project over 900 local people participated in a healthy lifestyles program. The majority of attendees were from Asian background.
