The report has highlighted a number of weaknesses, mainly on our recording systems as they are not as robust or as effectively implemented.

Action has to be taken to ensure all activities delivered by Local Leagues are recorded correctly and archived.

A solution to this issue may be that every staff member delivering activities must complete a monthly activity report. The report must contain basic information on the number of beneficiaries, ethnicity, number of hours of activity, and venue.

A review of the feedback and evaluation systems should also be in place to ensure all staff members use some evidence method for every activity delivered.

There also need to be greater planning on activities delivered by coaches as the evidence from the report suggests, certain activities delivered by staff members are ad-hoc and reflects a poor image to external organisations
