Local Leagues' Activity Report
Schools Activities
The heart of Local Leagues activities is to provide sustained activities for young people aged predominately between 7 – 11 years. We use local assets as described further in this report to provide many activities, but the heart of our activities has been working with schools.
We have a large directory of schools where we provide sports and after school activities. The list below provides details of schools we currently have sustained activities running in as part of our ‘during’ and ‘after school’ provisions between April 2005 – March 2006, with the vast majority of these on-going beyond these dates.
All data of beneficiaries are kept within schools as we provide the expertise and resources as a service to complement existing schools provision during school hours. This ensures a quality based provision and is further enhanced through partnership with the schools.
