‘Excluded Kids’

As part of our ongoing work within the community, one of the initiatives that we run which is proving to be highly successful is our ‘Excluded Kids Project’.

This involves Local Leagues engaging with those young people who have been excluded from school and trying to assist them in being able to enter education again. This is done through various ways such as, setting up sessions with our highly qualified sports coaches to offer a way of getting interaction by engaging them in something which interests them whilst also helping burn off some of their energy with an intensive workout scheme.

This enables our staff to communicate with the youngsters on a level which they appreciate and help find the cause of the behavioural problems in the hope that this can be worked on. The final aim of this project being to assist those with problems interacting with other youngsters and figures of authority, intergrate into the local community and thus provide a better future for all.
